Why is your price lower?
Much of the work that takes a traditional broker hours, collecting documents, checking, chasing and reminding, is automated. Your advisor focuses on what needs judgment: the mortgage mix and the bank negotiation.
What is included in the approval in principle?
An אישור עקרוני checked with the bank on your documents, within 3 days. If you continue to the full service within 12 months, its price is deducted from the final fee and all the work already done carries over. And if we do not get you an approval in principle, you get your money back.
When do I pay?
We agree the exact terms with you in writing before we start. The first consultation commits you to nothing.
What is not included?
Third-party costs: valuation, lawyer, insurance and translations. We tell you upfront what to expect.
