Terms of use

The service

We provide mortgage advice and brokerage, a digital platform to manage your file, and coordination of professionals. Your file is handled by mortgage advisors approved by the banks, either our employees or external advisors working with us. The terms of a full service engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of approval

Whether to grant a mortgage, how much and on what terms is solely the bank’s decision. We do not guarantee that you will obtain a mortgage, a particular amount, rate or timeline. Rates and terms change over time.

Information on this website, including the calculator, is general and for illustration only, and is not personal advice. A mortgage decision should be based on a review of your own situation.

Prices and payment

• The first consultation (30 minutes) is free.
• Mortgage in principle: ₪999 + VAT. If we do not obtain an approval in principle for you, it is refunded in full. If you continue to the full service within 12 months, the amount is deducted from the final price.
• The price of the full service and the payment terms are agreed in advance, in writing.
• Third-party costs, such as surveyors, lawyers, insurance, translation, bank fees and government charges, are not included in our price.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information and genuine documents, and to tell us about any change. Wrong or missing information may harm your file, and we are not responsible for the consequences. Before signing a mortgage, you must read the bank’s documents and make sure they suit you.

Professionals and third parties

Lawyers, surveyors, insurers, translators and currency providers that we coordinate for you are independent, and they are responsible for their own services. Your engagement with them is directly between you and them.

Using the platform

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity on your account. Do not use the website or the platform in a way that breaks the law, harms others or disrupts the service.

Intellectual property

All rights in the website and the platform, including content, design, software and trademarks, belong to LendAbroad or its licensors. Do not copy, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss caused by decisions of a bank or a third party.

Ending the service

Either party may end the engagement by notice. Amounts paid for services already provided are not refunded, except for the guaranteed refund on the mortgage in principle described above.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
